What the tracker does
- One row per sale, up to 25: the platform, item price, shipping the buyer paid, sales tax the platform collected, your label cost, other costs (ads, insertion fees, supplies) and what you paid for the item.
- Estimates the platform fees for you on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, Depop and Etsy, using the same fee rules as our calculators (copied Oct 21, 2026).
- Shows what you keep on every sale (payout minus label, other costs and item cost) and your margin, plus totals and the average you keep per sale.
- A By Platform tab adds up sales, revenue, fees and what you keep on each platform, so you can see where you keep the most.
- A Fee Rules tab you can edit when a platform changes its fees, and a Fee override column for the actual fee from your statement.

How to use it
- Download the blank tracker. Open the SAMPLE too if you want to see a finished example.
- Go to the Quick Check tab and add one row per sale: date, platform, item, item price, shipping charged to the buyer, sales tax, your label cost and what you paid for the item. Type only in the white cells; green cells are formulas.
- For eBay or Whatnot, pick the category in Fee option if it isn’t the default (leave it blank for most items). On Depop, pick the boosted option if the sale came from a boost.
- Read You keep and Margin for each sale, then open By Platform to compare platforms.
- When your statement shows the real fee, type it in Fee override and the row updates.

Is it really free?
Yes. Both files download straight from this page. There’s no email, account or payment needed. The email signup further down is optional.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
It’s an Excel file (.xlsx) with no macros or add-ons. To use it in Google Sheets, upload it to Google Drive and open it there. It uses the same kinds of formulas as our full tracker. We checked every formula in LibreOffice but haven’t tested this file in Google Sheets yet, so tell us if anything looks off.
Which platforms does it estimate fees for?
eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot, Depop and Etsy. You can also log Facebook Marketplace and other sales; those have no fee estimate, so type the actual fee in the Fee override column.
How accurate are the fee estimates?
The Fee Rules tab was copied from SoldSplit’s fee calculators on Oct 21, 2026. Platforms change their fees, so check the fee change log, and type the actual fee from your statement in Fee override when you have it. Your platform statement is the final word.
